Home-Elevator-Cost.com is run by Caldwell Estimators Inc. (1500 Market Street, Suite 2800, Philadelphia, PA 19102, United States). This notice tells you what the site collects and what happens to that data.

Information We Gather

• On the quote form, you give us your name and email, the ZIP code, who will use the lift, and the floors. Also recorded: the time, your IP address, your browser type, the consent sentence you accepted, plus any note or phone number you choose to add.
• If you call our number, we note the number that placed the call, when it happened, and how long it lasted. When the greeting announces that calls are recorded, a recording is kept.
• Server and page logs cover which pages were opened, the page that sent you here, what kind of device you used, and clicks on outside links, the estimator, and the call button. Our own server counts these; no analytics or advertising company gets them.

Who Receives It?

One dealer or installer of home elevators, serving your ZIP code, gets your call or request, which lets them contact you about the lift. Some outside companies help us too, by hosting the site and holding our records. We do not sell your details to any data broker.

The Rights You Have

If your state is California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, or another one with a privacy law, you can request the details we hold, ask for corrections or deletion, and opt out of the sale as well as the sharing of personal information. Write to contact@home-elevator-cost.com or visit the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. You get an answer within 45 days, and asking never changes how we treat you.

How We Keep Records

We keep quote requests and call records for up to three years, so we can show consent and settle any questions from dealers. After that, they are deleted. Page logs stay on file for up to 13 months.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your three estimator answers are saved in your own browser, so they are still there on your next visit. Clear your browser data and they are gone.
